David Kitnick, President
David is the founder and president of Rosewood Homes. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overseeing land acquisition, product design, sales, marketing, and staffing. An accomplished 20+ year industry veteran, he helped lead Rosewood Homes to The "Small Volume Builder of the Year" Award for 2007. David previously started two other highly successful Phoenix area homebuilding companies; Greystone Homes in the early 1990’s and AshtonWoods Homes in 2001, leading them to “Builder of the Year” and “Small Volume Builder of the Year” awards, respectively. He is a two-time HBACA Board of Directors member and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASUCLA. David holds a real estate brokers license as well as a BA from UCLA and an MBA from the prestigious Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. |

Nick McKee, Vice President of Operations
Nick brings over 23 years of experience in all phases of construction and development to Rosewood. He is responsible for the general operations of the company, including purchasing, construction, quality control, customer care, and land development. Before joining Rosewood, Nick helped lead TW Lewis to some of the highest scores in the annual JD Powers Customer Satisfaction Survey, as well as winning Builder Magazine’s “America’s Best Builder” award and the National Housing Quality Silver Award. He is a licensed contractor and holds a BS in education from the University of Kansas. |

Sue Petro, Controller
Sue is reponsible for the financial operations at Rosewood. She brings over 23 years of experience in construction, real estate development, land entitlement and general accounting practices to the company. She is also responsible for risk management and working closely with Rosewood’s MIS and Human Resources Departments. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Notary Public, holds an Arizona Real Estate License, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. |

Eddie Basko, Vice President of Forward Planning
As Vice President of Forward Planning, Eddie is responsible for product development, managing the city and developer project approval processes, all aspects of model home and sales office construction, and implementation of Energy Star, Environments for Living and "Green Building" Programs. Eddie and David Kitnick have worked together for over 17 years, including establishing the Arizona Division of Greystone Homes in the early 1990s and the Arizona Division of Ashton Woods Homes in 2001. Eddie is a licensed contractor in the State of Arizona. |

Anne Breu, Director of Purchasing
Anne brings a decade of experience in construction-related purchasing, bidding procedures and contract management to Rosewood. She is also instrumental in helping implement and manage Rosewood’s integrated homebuilder management system as well as Rosewood’s “wrap insurance” program. Anne graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University. |
